All dry cuts require clean, product-free hair. Alternatively, we can provide the full wash service for an additional £5.

A colour patch test is required 48 hours prior to colour appointments.

Please arrive 10 mins before your first spa treatment to complete a consultation form.

We advise against combining a hair service which involves a cut-throat razor or clippers with a tanning service.  Please wait 48 hours before tanning to allow the pores to close.

Don’t forget that you’ll automatically be included in our loyalty scheme once you’ve had your first visit. You’ll receive a point for every pound you spend in Goji on all treatments, services and products.

Please give 24 hours’ notice of any cancellations.

From 1^st May 2023 any appointments that are cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged at 50% of the service.
